Please silence all cell phones upon entering the sanctuary.
Children cannot be accommodated in the sanctuary, and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by parents.
Reflexology and massage treatments facilitate healing when used in conjunction with medical directive from your physician.
We suggest that you wear comfortable pants that are easy to roll up and refrain from shaving legs prior to any foot package session. In addition, please leave valuable jewelry at home.
We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, to complete a brief medical assessment upon arrival. On subsequent visits, we ask that you inform us of any changes in your health. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Reservations are recommended for all apts, and non-refundable deposits are required for any group of 3 or more. A deposit is required for all massage/reflexology apts. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion to your Heel Your Sole therapist. A 20% gratuity is added to groups of three or more, and the soleful retreat package.
Payment can be made by cash, check, master card, visa, discover or gift certificate. Please help us keep our prices reasonable by considering payment by cash /check. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Because Heel Your Sole services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via telephone if you need to reschedule. Group events require a 48 hour cancellation notice otherwise your deposit is non-refundable. If we are able to fill your time, we will gladly give you a credit.
Gift Certificates are available. Give the gift of health & wellness to a friend, a loved one, an outstanding employee, or as a way of saying thank-you. Our Gift Certificates are transferable. They are however non-refundable and, and must be presented at time of service. In addition, they do expire one year from purchase.
